how long does it take for me to get my nails?

Processing time is generally 5-7 business days. Standard shipping times from DC is 3-5 business days on average. All orders will receive a tracking number to track their shipment. I do offer Express Shipping (standard processing time + express shipping) and Rush My Order (24-48 processing time + express shipping).

I am not responsible for shipping carrier issues. Once the order has been shipped it is no longer my responsibility.

Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent. If sent to the wrong address, the customer must pay the standard $5 for a reshipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Talon & Thorn currently ships to all 50 states, territories and military bases. Please message me on Instagram for an international shipping quote.

Cancellations/refunds/returns

You must place your order by the end of the same day or your spot will be given up.

No refunds or exchanges due to the orders being custom made.

No refunds or exchanges due to sizing issues, sizing is the customer's full responsibility.

If a mistake was made on my part, I will do what I can to rectify the situation.

No refunds for lost packages.

Orders are open Monday-Friday, no orders over the weekend.

Every set includes 10 nails in total.

There is a limited amount of orders I take per week, first come first serve.
